Products in the US workplace must be approved by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). There are currently 15 NRTL’s. UL is the largest one and with a history of over 100 year. As a UL Certificated Agency for many different product categories, ZICS can help your products go into the US market via a UL certification Mark.

ZICS is currently authorized by UL to perform witness testing for dozens of standards. The scope covers varirous componets, household appliances, lighting products and power distribution devices. Under UL's Witness Testing Program, testing will be conducted in our lab under the witness of UL engineers. UL will use the data obtained in our lab to make the certification decision. As both pre-test and formal test will be conducted in our lab, we can ensure the maximum possibility of consistancy of the testing results, though failures are evidenced occasionally because of the inconsistancy of individual samples. Unitilizing us as your witness testing lab is a much better approach for getting UL Approval.
